Cannot view mine or others profiles on web/browser

I'm convinced that this is a Spotify problem because it happens on both chrome AND Google
It's something that JUST started happening, it was fine last night. I thought it was because I did not have a profile, but even after making one the problem still continues.
No, I do not have the app nor do I plan on downloading the app because it automatically logs me into my mom's account and I don't want to accidentally do anything with her account

What do you mean by both Chrome and Google? Maybe you've meant a different browser here.
In any case - try clearing a few days of cached data from an affected browser and the issue should go away 🙂
