My music keeps pausing by itself for no reason. I was putting on music on Spotify 24/7. How do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out!

To confirm, does this only happen on your Samsung device? Should that be the case, we recommend that you check the phone's battery settings and make sure that Spotify is set as an exception if you're using the battery optimization option.

It's also a good idea to check that Spotify has the permissions to run in the background. You should be able to see this in the phone's settings as well.

You can also try clearing saved cache from the app, if the above steps doesn't do the tricks. Once it's done, make sure to log out from the app and back in again, as this will resync the account info.
