Performance issues samsung galaxy s20 FE.

The app is REALLY slow whenever i try to search for songs, change songs and so on. Have tried to clear cache and data, deleted alot of playlists and downloaded songs and redownloading the app but nothing works. Please help me 😞

Could you let us know if this has always happened or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update either of Spotify or the OS of your phone? Also, we suggest that you check if the OS of your phone has any pending updates.

If there isn't any, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? You can create a hotspot on your phone and use that.

However, if this happens on different networks, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
