If you're having issues with the performance of the app, it'd be really helpful if you could send us more info so we can help you the best we can. Performing a clean reinstall of the app can solve most common issues. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to performance issues. You can find out the steps to do it here.

Nonetheless, it'd be great if you could send us a full description of what's happening on your side, so we can better investigate. Please send us the make/model and OS of your device along with the Spotify version you're running there.
