 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried with a different internet connection (Wifi, mobile data)?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried with your account on another device?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you using an &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/storage-information/" target="_blank"&gt;SD-card&lt;/A&gt; on your phone?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you also mentioned that you're unable to play your local files it's worth mentioning that the syncing process has recently changed and you'd have to have the actual tracks stored on your phone as well. My account acts as if it's offline (it's not) and all my playlists, even the ones generated by spotify, are empty. I also can't play the local files on my phone. The search bar still works though, somehow, but I can't listen to any of the songs i look up. Is there a fix to this? This is the second account I've had to make since the same happened to my 1st account. Thank you!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
