&lt;P&gt;We think this behavior can be related to some damaged cache stores in your mobile phone. So, for starters, we'd recommend you &lt;STRONG&gt;clear the cache&lt;/STRONG&gt; of the app on your mobile device by going to Settings and privacy. There, locate the Storage tab&amp;gt; Clear cache.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After that, you should do the same for the Android auto app. To do this, go to&amp;nbsp;Settings&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Apps&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Android Auto&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Storage &amp;amp; cache&amp;nbsp;and tap&amp;nbsp;Clear cache&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;Clear storage. Then, perform a soft reset of your mobile device (turn it off and then on). Give it a try and let us know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this behavior should persist after that, there are a couple of things you can check:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure both the apps are up-to-date.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure that your phone and car's infotainment system are running the latest software updates.&lt;/LI&gt;
