Shuffle bugging out

My Question or Issue

Hey im a premium user since many years but lately when i wanna switch my playlist from shuffle to play in order it doesnt work . I press on the Button and it kick me back to the overview of my playlist then when i select the first song the shuffle is back on and it just keep repeating that . Until at some point after several attempts it finally turn off after several minutes .

Also i continuesly turn off smart shuffle i dont know how many times i turned this off in settings and it just keep on turning on again ? I do not want this and i turn it off many many many times?

Hope this can get fixed 🙂

Does this occur with a specific playlist or with all playlists in general? Could you check if you able to toggle Shuffle on/off normally from the Now Playing View instead?

If you haven't already, it's worth logging out and signing back in to your account twice in a row - this will force an internal refresh of the app that may help here. Something else you can do is performing a clean reinstall of Spotify.

In case the issue persists, please share a short screen recording which shows the described behavior in action so we can take a direct look at what's happening on your end.
