Sounds like there's some sort of routine set up that's causing this. I recommend checking out this article for more info on Alexa Routines.

In case you own a Samsung device, it's also worth checking out their alternative called Bixby Routines.

Hi, there was a routine setup on the Alexa appon my phone that switches to an evening routine. I have disabled the routine and all is fine now.
