Android app keeps randomly crashing

My Question or Issue

I do apologize in advance if this has already been addressed or fixed for most, but on my phone, the app itself will be running perfectly fine, but then crash for seemingly no reason. I've checked my app cache and cleared it about 3 or 4 times at this point, I've cleanly uninstalled and reinstalled as per the guidelines here, and I've tried restarting my device. Basically, if it's been recommended as a fix, I've had more than enough time to try it. This does NOT happen when I'm streaming on my phone via my laptop, nor when I'm just listening on my computer. This issue has been ongoing for about 4-5 months now and has yet to be resloved. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and for letting us know about the troubleshooting you've done so far.

Would it be possible that your device's operating system is not up to date? Check to see if there are any pending updates on your device or for the app. Also, could you let us know what exactly happens when this occurs. Does the app crash, or it stops while trying to load?

Could you send us a video recording of how things appear on your end, that would be very helpful for us.

We'll be on the lookout for your response.
