My Issue

Since this morning, I can't access any of my playlists nor accessing any artist. I tried to play a new song of an artist I follow). I got stuck everytime in the loading screen, that says something like "Something went wrong" (but in german).

I tried some things, like deleting the cache or reinstall the app.

But now, I have the same problem said above with my playlist and on top of that my favourites are gone too.

Yesterday everything was working fine. Neither do I have multiple accounts nor internet problems.

Pls help :c

Interesting. Have you tried switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data to see if that does the trick? I recommend logging out and signing back in twice in a row - this will force a resync of the app that may help here. If the issue persists, try performing a clean reinstall by following the steps in this article.

As for favorites missing, there's currently an ongoing issue with Liked Songs not showing the correct amount, which our tech folks are currently investigating, so make sure to check it out as well if that's what you meant.
