Music start playing while in phone call

while in the preference music and i am suggested a song and i press the (-) to not hear the song again, if you get a phone call at the same time and press to take the phone call right after pressing (-) then it will play the next song.

It's not very common for Spotify to be playing music during a phone call, so as a first step and if you haven't tried already I suggest a clean reinstall. It helps resolve different performance issues, as well as it clears any corrupted files. You can check out and follow the steps in this article.

If there's no change, let us know if this happens during any other actions you make within the app and if you're using an external speaker or headphones for example.

As an additional step and to test if it'll make a difference, you can go into your phone's settings and select the Spotify app. In the related app setting you should be able to find the Battery Saver controls, from which you can select "Restrict background apps".
