My Question or Issue

I can't Interact with the media player. I was able to use the buttons back then but now I can't even pause, play the next song or go back to the previous song.

Thanks for reaching out. When did this start happening? Is only the Realme device affected?

Consider performing a full clean reinstall if you haven't already. This is known to help with a multitude of issues, so hopefully it also resolves whatever is causing this as well.
