Songs stop playing after 3 seconds

My Question or Issue

I've tried everything other solutions have suggested: cleared the cache, settings on normal, uninstalled countless times, restarted my phone, logged out, etc; but nothing is working. Every song, even my downloads, stop after 3 seconds.

Thanks for reaching out!

When you say that the music stops, are you referring to the visual playback as well or just the sound?
If it's the latter - we have an Ongoing Issue on the forum which might be affecting your app as well.

Some folks have noticed that the issue doesn't occur when the features below are toggled off:

Gapless playback - found in Settings > Playback
Equalizer - found in Settings > Audio Quality

Take a look and, in case you're experiencing something different - check if the same issue would persist when you use a different account on your device.
You can check the same with your own account on a different device.
