My Question or Issue

You used to be able to swipe and it would scroll to the next set of info the same as hitting the arrows on the side. Now it doesn't and only goes as far as you move your finger

Send us a video recording of what's happening on your side. You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.
Does your car have a built-in stereo? If yes, are you able to use Spotify there without connecting to your mobile phone?
Does this happen on your mobile device as well?
Send us the Exact Spotify version you're running there (mobile device).
