&lt;P&gt;Audio normalization could change how the songs sound to a degree. Its main use is to try and bring the volume of the recorded tracks to a similar level for all songs in the list that you're listening to. With this said, the main changes you'd notice are connected to the volume balance and have less to do with the quality of the recording.&lt;/P&gt;
