&lt;P&gt;If you've only done a regular reinstall, try a&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt; clean reinstall &lt;/A&gt;and, if possible, reinstall or at least clear the cache on the Alarm app too. Try following the process on different networks too, both mobile data and wi-fi.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In order to keep investigating this case, it would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists with a different account, just to check if it could be related to the device, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from the same friend or family member to test it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
