problems sharing playlist

I am having trouble sharing my playlist. I get a blank screen when i tap on Inbox, or Friends. Also, when I tap share with Spotify Friends while listening to a song, the "Send"option is not lite up. I've made sure I am not in private session

Could you try starting Spotify as outlined here with the final two switches? It appears to fix this issue for most people.

Peter my phone doesn't allow sceenshots. What do you mean by "final two switches". Not tech savy.

Ah thats an android device right?

I'm going to pop this over into the android section since that is probably the best place to get support.

Could you try all of the troubleshooting steps in the troubleshooting guide and see if they help at all?

You should be able to take a screenshot by holding the power button and volume down buttons until you see/hear confirmation that the screen has been captured by the way.
