Hello guys,

I activated the Premium account but i keep having an annoying problem: I try to access to my Android portable devices and it always says that username and password are wrong even if i put the right one.

Someone out there with same problem? Solutions?

Are you logging in using your Spotify username and password or via Facebook?

Did you sign up with your facebook credentials? If so, make sure you have the latest facebook app installed on your device and use the facebook login. If your account wasn't created with facebook credentials, make sure you are logging in with the correct username/password combination.

What device are you having trouble with by the way and what android version?
