The quality of sound in preview version of songs is fine but when I play the actual song the quality is bad

Could you give us more details regarding what's happening?
Does the issue occur only with specific songs and only on a specific platform?
Is the preview e.g. on a webpage with the full song being played via the desktop/ mobile app?

The quality of all songs is alright on Spotify on my mobile phone. but the quality of all actual songs is like the half.

Could you let us know which previews are you referring to? Also, we'd like to know if this only happens on your phone or on other devices as well.

On another note, sending us a screen recording of this behavior would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

It happens to all songs and it doesn't matter if it's being played via
cellphone speaker or headphones or other speakers, I still have the problem.

Your answer are not helpful.

You are referring to "preview version" but don't describe what you mean by that. Also you state that the sound on mobile is fine but the "actual" songs have "half" the quality. Which is confusing enough, but then you state that the issue occurs on cellphone which contradicts your former statement

Hey @Mobinrad,

You can try changing the options below to see if that does the trick for you:

Under Settings > Playback, disable Normalize volume.
Under Settings > Audio quality, ensure everything is set to the highest setting available.
While you're there, check the Equalizer and play around with the different presets (or turn it off entirely).

If you use any other sound enhancements, try toggling them off temporarily to see if you notice any improvement.

My Question or Issue

i have to turn up the volume to 80 % to get loud sound anything below this i very low and i have a 400w speaker system
