song keeps replaying

Whenever I close spotify and reopen and the song I'm playing finishes, it will replay at the moment I closed the app. Ex: close the app when songs at 1:44. Reopen and let song finish and it will replay at 1:44 again. Is this a known bug?

I'm on Android S24 ultra if that helps

Just to be on the same page, have you tried to perform a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps mentioned in this article to see if it makes any difference?

If so, but the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

Lastly, Include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.
