Spotify is not working on my Android TV. The songs skip after a few seconds

Hi all, my Spotify is not working on my Android TV anymore. The songs just skip after a few seconds and there is no sound. I already changed my password and deleted and re-installed the app/deleted cache/re-installed the TV but nothing is working. Could someone please help me?

Hey there, this is what I recommend trying it out:

1. Toggling cross-fade on and off

2. Toggling gapless playback

3. Checking the volume when it happens

If nothing works it might be a connection issue or a issue with the TV OS (suspension of foreground app due to low memory)

I have the same issue. Songs play without sound and keep skipping

If I uninstall the app and just use Google Cast it works for me. But you’ll have to use the phone, this is more of a workaround.

Hi, I have the same problem if I pass through a tplink AX53 Wi-Fi router. If I go through another equipment, I have no problem

I have an open incident at TPlink on this subject, do you have equipment of this brand?

Same issue with AX73!
