Spotify app not loading albums

The spotify app on my android can no longer load albums. If I turn on offline mode I can load albums in my library, but if I try to play a song it deletes and only plays if I turn the wifi back on. I can't add new albums to my library, so I can't listen to anything I haven't already downloaded. I also can't download podcast episodes, or delete episodes I have already listened to.

I recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to rule out any potential issues with corrupted cache. If the downloads are stored on an SD card, try changing the location to your phone's internal storage instead to see if that does the trick.

Yes, thank you, that seems to have worked. A bit unfortunate since I had quite a few downloads, and it'll take a while to download everything again.
