Its OS version: Android 14

Your currently installed Spotify app version: 8.9.64.548

It happens when I'm connected to a bluetooth speaker and whenever I try to adjust the sound volume through spotify app, my phone UI isn't responding. I only experience it today. Also, it never happen to me back then when I do the same thing.

We've moved your post to a new thread, since the issue you're describing seems a bit different. Can you confirm if your screen is flickering and your phone is turning off or is your screen just unresponsive when trying to adjust the volume? Is this only happening when connected to a bluetooth device? Can you test it out with a different one if available?

If you haven't already, it's also a good idea to do a clean reinstall of the app to clear cache and make sure you're running the latest version.
