My autoplay has stopped working. It gets to the end of a playlist and starts again. I have toggled with the settings, signed out and in, reinstalled the app, nothing seems to work. Using a Samsung A55 5G

This also happens to me, last time what I did was wait a little while then I contacted support and they helped me there, and in the end I turned autoplay on and off in the settings and then I tried again.

Hey folks,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

Just to confirm @V9id, is this still happening on your side? If yes, would you mind sharing with us the exact troubleshooting steps you've tried so far along with the make/model and OS of the affected device? Please include the exact Spotify version you're running there.

@Harleybear, thanks for the time you took to let us know about this. We'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app on your mobile device. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure some stored cache is not leading to this behavior. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'll need some further information. Please send us the following:

The exact Spotify version you're running.

The OS version of your device.

Does this happen when playing some specific playlist? If not sure, it'd be awesome if you could check.

Keep us in the loop!

This happens to me often, and I simply wait a while, turn auto play off and on, and always try to leave random mode on. With persistence it goes back to normal.

My cell phone is a Samsung A53

Android 14 (one UI 6.1)

Spotify Version: 8.9.70.556

**bleep** ran the full clean install as directed, but the Autoplay is still not working. When a playlist ends, it just goes straight back to track one and starts again. This happens on any and all playlists.

Version - 8.9.70.556

Samsung A55 5G

OS - Android 14

Thanks

Autoplay not working on Spotify Connect

Autoplay refuses to work when using Spotify Connect to play on the living room receiver. It works fine locally on the web player, the Windows app, and the Android app, but never when using Spotify Connect to play on the speakers - regardless of the controlling device. Looking through forums, I can see this has been reported for years on Sonos speakers as well. Will there ever be a functioning autoplay feature for Spotify Connect?

I am still experiencing the same issues. I have toggled autoplay, done a clean reinstall, clear the cache regularly, signed in and out. It's really restricting the amount of new music I can experience. Please can this be looked into. All device details same as before. Can confirm this is on any playlist for music, playing direct from my device or connected via Bluetooth to car or speaker.
