    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; I&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'m in the US&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, use the family plan and am having some issues with one of our devices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;He has a Motorola razr plus 2023 and the OS is Android &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. First off&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, his device does not seem to be using smart shuffle properly when picking artist radio stations&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. It will only play the same artist over and over&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When connecting to a new device&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, the playlist will end and it will only repeat the same tracks he had previously been listening to over and over in the queue&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. On top of this&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, when sharing a jam session now&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, his device has locked a playlist on repeat that he cannot get out of at all once that session ended days ago&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. It has also connected to his car Bluetooth and would not allow him to pause or stop the music from playing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there a way to fix this problem&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;? We would like to continue using jams and make sure that this device can use Spotify properly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting in the Community and for sharing these details with us. As it seems that you've explained a few different issues, let's tackle this bit by bit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Firstly when it comes to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/shuffle-play/" target="_blank"&gt;Smart Shuffle&lt;/A&gt; it's worth noting that you can activate it in any of the playlists that you've created or in your Liked Songs, however, it's not possible to activate it when you've started a &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/spotify-radio/" target="_blank"&gt;Spotify Radio&lt;/A&gt;. If you're instead referring to the Shuffle function which you mentioned it only plays the same artist tracks within the Radio playlist, does this happen with other playlists as well? Keep in mind that Shuffle prioritizes the songs that Spotify perceives you enjoy the most and this can be the reason why you might notice that some songs are repeated. I recommend checking out &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Shuffle-mode-playing-the-same-songs-all-the-time/td-p/5280042" target="_blank"&gt;this thread&lt;/A&gt; where other users have shared their comments on the Shuffle function.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Next, you mentioned that the playlist will end when connecting to a new device, but does this happen immediately upon connecting or after some time and have you tried clearing the queue or any other troubleshooting steps? It'd be very helpful if you could let us know what you've tried so far, so we can avoid repeating any steps. You can check what other users have explained &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/Queue-changes-after-switching-devices-with-Spotify-Connect/td-p/5599199" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and if it sounds similar, you can post a comment in the thread there.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Lastly about the &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/jam/" target="_blank"&gt;Jam session&lt;/A&gt;, is the person able to Leave it or is it stuck? What about on another device, how does it look there?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you haven't done this already, I recommend starting with a clean reinstall of the app on the Motorola as there can be some corrupted cache which may be causing performance issues, so it's worth testing if it'll make any difference.
