I use the smartphone nothing phone 1 as control device

I Can change music but I don't have the volume control

IS it normal ?

This behavior could be expected on iOS devices when using Connect, but we couldn't replicate it using Android devices. So in this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article to get rid of any damaged cache that could be causing troubles.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if you can control the volume properly? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

Lastly, include in your next response the OS version of your devices, along with the Spotify versions you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.
