If it happens across devices, we'd recommend giving a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference.

If it happens across different networks, it's recommended you secure your account by following the steps below:

Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
Request a password reset by visiting this article.
