topic Spotify randomly deletes offline content in Android

My Spotify is randomly purging downloaded songs from my playlists, even though I'm very much online and not exceeding 10k downloads across all devices. I use an Android player in my car that I essentially dedicate to music playing. I have limited cell service so I use the offline function to get my most listened playlist available when in dead zones. The playlist is roughly 1700 songs, so it takes a considerable amount of time to download even on wifi, with the final size being around 10GB (very high quality). However, I've been discovering that when traversing the "dead" zones, occasionally Spotify just decides to zap the downloads when it loses internet access.
