My Question or Issue

The local files are playable but they DO NOT download, when yesterday they worked fine, neither in Ubuntu/Linux nor on my Android / Samsung.

I logged out, removed the Playlist, downloaded it, reset the Library from where spotify can find the files on my laptop, logged in , logged out, removed the app, installed it. NOTHING helps... ? I cannot acces the bug forum...Please help. thanks

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, do you have the files stored locally on both devices?

On another note, could you let us know what exactly happens when you try to download your local files playlist? Sending us a short screen recording would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

We'd also like to know if this happens if you use a different internet connection as well.

We'll be on the lookout.
