&lt;P&gt;We really appreciate the video you kindly sent us. We could not replicate this on our side. In that sense, we recommend you perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this behavior.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium Individual&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poland&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device/OS&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908B/DS), Android 14, One UI 6.1, Google security patch level: 1 October 2024&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue has been started today.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open a Spotify app&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Start playing some music&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Switch to any other app with music still playing in the background&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Lock (turn off) screen&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After some time (30min maybe?) return to the app&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Now huge advertising of Duo Plan is showing on the top of the app in every app section&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Close button is not working at all&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Force stop/close app in Android app settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to 1, repeat&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
