&lt;P&gt;In cases like yours when you no longer have access to the device, we'd recommend reaching out to our support teams who will be able to remove those old devices from your account. &lt;P&gt;Also, usually after 30 days of not going online the content stored on a device should automatically removed thus freeing up a spots.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 android phones on my plan died (wont charge anymore to be able to open) The 2 new phones I got, cannot go offline now due to device limits. How can I remove the app from the old phones if I can't turn them on??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
