I got this phone just a few months ago and downloaded Spotify, and for the first month it worked perfectly fine. However, now Spotify just refuses to load. I can get to the home page that shows all of my playlists, but trying to click on one gives me an endless buffering screen that will eventually give an error and ask me to retry. I have tried everything short of factory resetting my phone, and have looked all over the internet for answers but nothing I try fixes it. I know its not my network connection because I've tried it both on and off wifi, and Spotify also works perfectly fine on my iPad when on the same networks. Spotify also works perfectly fine when my phone is connected through my car, but as soon as I try to listen to music on my phone by itself, it won't load. &lt;P&gt;Could you please test the following and let us know how it goes:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try going offline and putting your phone into airplane mode. Does it load then?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does the same happen on a different account? Please test this using the account of someone you know or by making a new one.&lt;/LI&gt;
