Hi there @watches-and-wine,

Thanks for reaching out.

If you've added something to the queue, you will see a "Clear Queue" button to remove all those items. Otherwise, Spotify will automatically queue suggestions after whatever it is you were playing and you can manually clear those by selecting the unwanted ones and then removing them from the queue.

However, it seems like you're more looking for a way to make Spotify stop playback after a song is over. The most direct way to this is via a sleep timer as explained in the implemented idea about this.

Hope this clears things up.

I'm computer literate, i promise, but find the Spotify interface among the worst i've ever had to deal with.

I'm on Android. If I choose songs to play, when they finish it goes on to start playing recommendations (which i don't want as it means i can't leave the room knowing the music will stop when it's finished playing what i chose - it will go on forever i think, always adding more recommendations).

If I press the queue button there is a massive list of songs and the only way i can remove them is one by one as there's no clear queue button. I have now playing at the top, next from section below that with the individual songs, and radio button next to each one that allows me to remove them individually.

What am I missing? The only way i can stop the music is to pause it on a song I don't want, i can never get the queue to be zero or to not show something as playing.

I've found that when I have trouble clearing the Queue of songs that I've added just go to the last song in the Queue and play the song. When the song ends, the Queue will be clear.

However, Spotify will immediately populate the Queue with songs it thinks you would like to listen to next.

I hope this helps!
