&lt;P&gt;We appreciate all the info you've included in your post and we understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;clean reinstall&lt;/STRONG&gt; mentioned in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstall-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;? If not, give them a try to see if it makes any difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, would you mind checking if it happens if you log your account into another device and use your headphones? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Force stop the app, open it, play a song, it's normal, 0.5 second later, left is louder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reinstalling the app won't work either, using the old version of the app also won't work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
