My Question or Issue

How can I fix this? I've tried everything, from uninstalling and installing Spotify, rebooting my phone, checking the permissions, and the app's setting and it still won't play any audio. This has been going on for a week now none of my other apps have this problem.

Thanks for reaching out 🙂 You've covered some decent troubleshooting so far!

I'd restart and check for any software updates first, although you've already done that and seem to be up to date so far. The Sound & vibration -> Advanced settings -> Do not disturb mode may also be at fault but that would affect all of your apps and this isn't the case here.

The only other thing I can think of is this specific setting some Android phones have: Settings > Sound and vibration > Additional settings > turn on the option "Adjust media sound in multiple apps". With this on, every app should theoretically have its own volume controls.
As far as I know, the same effect can also be achieved with the help of an additional volume controlling app, so it's a good idea to take a look if you have anything similar installed.
