Thanks for the post.

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling.

Also, make sure that Battery optimization is not enabled for Spotify from the system app settings, as well as that the app is granted all permissions. These settings could be hindering the performance of the app.

If the skipping continues, please let us know if this is happening on all your devices and if you're connected to any sort of speaker or headphones when the app skips.

Automatic skipping of tracks

My playlists wont play, each song is automatically skipped at highspeed.

I've cleared the cacahe, deleted downloads, reinstalled the app but the problem pesists. Thi si the 2nd time after a clean install this has happened.

when i got premium, I cant play songs at all because it skips them randomly, i can be listening to one song and it will randomly go through at least ten more

Hi, my Premium is active, but normal audio songs keep playing for 1 second and then skipping to the next track. Music videos work normally. I’ve tried reinstalling, clearing cache, different networks, and logging back in, but it’s still happening. Please check if there’s an issue with my account.
