My Question or Issue

This morning everything was working fine, I was listening to music on Spotify. But later, when I tried to listen to music again, all the music disappeared—even from my favorite tracks. I reinstalled the app, checked my internet connection, and everything is fine, but my music and the music from my playlists, even from other people's playlists, is gone. I thought it was a problem for everyone, but I asked my friends, and everything is working fine for them.

Thanks for reaching out. Not to worry, we'll help you enjoy your music again.

Playlists and such can't be removed and deleted on their own so more likely they just aren't appearing. For everything to disappear at once, the most likely explanation is that you've logged into the wrong account. Try following these steps to find the correct one and log into it. Everything should then still there as you left it.
