Spotify issue on Android app

Need help. When I use the app, it plays a song, then stops. The interface shows it's still playing after the song I sover (pause button is visible) but doesn't move to the next song. I can't pause it and u pause it. The only function I can do is go to a different playlist, play that list, get a song or 2, then it does the same thing. I've tried rebooting my phone, shutting the app down, and reinstalling it. Same issue persists.

I have this problem also. Very frustrating as I work outdoors and like my music on. ive cleared my cache and nothing seems to work

I too..having same problem..seems isolated to mobole phone..spotify on tv works fine. Going on little over 2 yrs now. Can't seem to fine valid response(s) to correct the pausing issue. Previous phone Samsung Galaxy Note 20, current phone Samsung Galaxy Z-fold 5. Please Spotify gurus...post viable fix that works. Thanks much!
