&lt;P&gt;Just to check, do you notice any difference after &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/storage-information/" target="_blank"&gt;clearing stored cache&lt;/A&gt;? After it's done, it's a good idea to sign out from the app and then back in again. These steps should resync the account info.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another option is to do a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt;, as this will both clear cache as well as ensure that you're on the latest app version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also try selecting the Premium plan directly from the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_blank"&gt;account page&lt;/A&gt; instead, if the above steps doesn't do the trick. Once signed in to the account page, you can check all available plans by going to the Premium tab in the top right corner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Should you still have issues starting the plan, however, it would be great if you could resend the video. We are unable to open the one you attached, unfortunately. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos. Just make sure it doesn't include any personal info &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
