My Question or Issue

Explain/video on how to USE pixel watch 3 LTE for streaming Spotify. I can listen/navigate a few default things but don't get overall GUI/navigation.

First and if you haven't already, you can take a look at this article to check the possible actions that you can perform on Wear OS, as well as the supported devices for Spotify and the app versions.

It'd be great if you could give us some more info on the limitations that you're experiencing so we can suggest some troubleshooting steps if needed. The more details you provide the better.
