If you're trying to join a Jam via an invite link and it's not working, here are a few things you can try:

1. Check if the link is still valid
The host may have ended the Jam or generated a new link. Ask them to send you another invite and try again.

2. Open the link in the Spotify app
If you clicked on the link in your web browser, try opening it directly in the Spotify app, as the Jam only works there.

3. Check if you're signed in to the correct account
If you have more than one Spotify account, make sure you're signed in to the same account you want to use for the Jam.

4. Restart the app
Close Spotify completely and try again. If you're on mobile, try clearing the app cache by going to Settings > Storage > Clear Cache.

5. Update the app
Check for available updates for Spotify on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install the latest version.

I'm having the same issues as his and I followed all your steps but issue is not resolved.. I'm currently using in mobile phone and whenever I'm trying to join jam in mobile phone it's not working but if I try in computer it's working
