My Question or Issue

When I try to click a song to play from my library, nothing happens. The app does not respond and the song does not play. When I search for the song in the search bar and then click from there, it plays. This issue only started in the last week.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting in the forum!

This playback issue sounds odd and could be related to some damaged cache on your device, especially if it's happening only on mobile.

If you've not already done so, I recommend performing a clean reinstall with the steps here which also include clearing the cache (when damaged it can cause different performance issues).

Something else that comes to mind is to test with a different internet connection, as the issue could also be related to the app loading content.

If there's no difference, let us know if you noticed when this started happening exactly (was it after something specific), if it happens on another device and if it's multiple songs that this is happening with.
