Songs in Play queue are duplicated

This is an existing issue, but marked as "fixed". I can't comment there, because it's supposedly fixed, but it's not.

I have a google pixel 7 with Android 15. Spotify version 9.0.36.697

Whenever i move a song in the queue it gets duplicated to the new spot, but also stays at the last spot. If i then remove one of the songs, both get removed.

Just to make sure we're on that same page, is this the thread you're referring to? If so, the issue in that thread was indeed confirmed as fixed. So, in your case, it's possible that the behavior you're experiencing is caused by a different reason. We'll gladly help you look into this further 🙂

To cover all bases here, could you check if you notice any difference after clearing stored cache? Make sure to sign out from the app and back in again once it's done, as this will resync your account info.

Alternatively, you can try a clean reinstall. This will not only clear cache, but also ensure that you're running the latest app version.

Should the behavior persist, however, it would be great if you could send us a video showing how things look from your end, so we can have a closer look as well. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us as unlisted YouTube videos or via Google Drive (just make sure it doesn't include any personal info).
