Song code not scanning

My Question or Issue

When i scan a song code it backs out of the camera but does not play the song. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app. Nothing works. I have included a picture of the code.

Thanks for reaching out!

I also wasn't able to scan the code from the picture you sent, but it might be due to the image quality. It'd be great if you can ask someone else to try and scan it to see if it works on a different device and account. Also, make sure you're following the steps from the end of this article.

You also mentioned deleting and re-downloading the app, but it's worth performing a clean reinstall since it's more thorough and any damaged cache will be removed.
