Since yesterday, the sound on my Spotify app on my Android plays the sound very low, so i tried via Chrome app and the sound is incredible. tried every definition on the Spotify app, every definition on my Android, searched a lot on Google and YouTube about it and got no answer. I have premium family, tried 3 type of earphones/headphones, EVERYTHING. Please help.

Welcome to the Spotify Community and kudos for already trying some troubleshooting on your own!

Does the issue occur only when connected to an external device (such as your headphones) or is it also present when playing directly on the phone's built-in speakers?

Since changing the in-app settings such as Audio quality, Normalize volume or the Equalizer don't seem to do the trick here, it's worth checking if toggling on Disable Absolute Volume in Android's Developer settings helps. If you're using any external sound-enhancing apps or data/battery-saving features, I'd recommend disabling them as well.

Mine worked by turning Android Adjust media sound in multiple apps and Multiple audio sources OFF. But somehow Spotify Lite volume would be loud by default.
