&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My first suggestion that you check if the payment for the Premium subscription has gone through successfully by heading over to your &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Account page&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. Also, you can check your email for a confirmation from Spotify, which should be automatically sent when subscribing for Spotify Premium.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you can see your payment there, I suggest that you try&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; logging out&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and then logging back in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But if you're sure you've been charged, but you're still on the free service, you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second Spotify account. Try logging in with any details you might have used to create an account. There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
