When DJ is selected the animation for pulling up a song happens but the background just dims slightly and nothing plays. This issue persists even after I have logged in and out, force reset the app, and uninstalled the app.

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting steps you've tried!

Since there seems to be some sort of a delay and nothing happens in the end, this might be due to some damaged cache so I'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app - it's more thorough than the basic one and will ensure that any damaged cache will be removed. Another thing worth trying is a different internet connection (different WiFi, mobile data, hotspot from another device) to see if that makes a difference.

Also, does this only happen on your phone? Can you check on a PC if you have one available? You can also ask a friend or a relative to log in their own account on your phone and test if they get the same behavior. This will help us understand if it's device- or account-related.
