No songs showing in playlists

All daily Playlist and like songs display no songs anymore. Device is a Samsung s9. I have cleared the cache and Uninstalled and reinstall. I have a sd card in my device. I have done the following as well: uninstall the app > turn off the phone > take out the SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted, as per a previous thread. Yet, the issue still remains.

Я захожу в приложения( 24.03.2024г) , хочу послушать музыку, захожу в избранные, а их там нету, число избранных показывает. Уже перезагружала, скачивала за нового, обновляла.

Thanks for reaching out. Is this on all devices or only on your Samsung? What do you see on the webplayer? If your playlists appear empty across all devices and even the webplayer, then maybe you've logged into the wrong account. Consider checking out these steps.

I am on samsung and it's empty for me however on my ps5 and laptop I can see song

Me pasas lo mismo, en mi celular no me sale ninguna canción pero en la televisión si me aparecen

Thanks for the replies.

If it's only on your phones that the playlists don't appear, then consider performing a full clean reinstall. It's most likely some kind of sync issue and this will help clear any damaged cache and resync everything back to how it was and help you see the same across all devices.

If for some reason the issue persists afterwards, please send us some screenshots so we can take a closer look.
