android - liking songs triggers playlist pop up

My Question or Issue

Recently whenever I "like" a song on my tablet it triggers a pop up from the bottom that overlays the rest of the screen with a shadow asking me if I want to add it to my liked list or create a new playlist. Yes, that's why I used the like button and not add to playlist. On PC, it still does the old way with a small in app banner that fades away, but here it looks more like a system pop up. I rarely use Spotify on my phone except through Android Auto so I don't know if it's changed there as well. It didn't used to do this and I want it to stop. I'm tired of clearing pop ups. How do I stop it?

Here you go. I had to tap in the regular space above the banner to clear it. It doesn't go away on its own.
