Fullscreen now–playing preview is closed
The app is reopened after being suspended (recent apps)

Problem

App closes itself

Details

Does not behave like a typical crash. No freezing on app level or system level. Just closes and stops player.
App was reset; did not work.
App was updated 1 version; problem persists.

Thanks for reaching out!

Did this start happening recently and was it after a specific event, such as an OS or app update? You did mention an OS update from the 1st of July, was this an issue before that?

It'd be great if you can test this out on a different device to check if it might be device-related. We'd also recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure any damaged cache will be removed. Another thing worth checking is if this happens both with vertical and landscape mode or when using only one of them.
